Eva Borgert Palm | Country Manager Nordics
Based in Stockholm, Eva specialises in leadership development, business and executive coaching as well as change management processes and executive assessment. She has almost 20 years' experience from Finance, Human Resource Management and General Management from different international corporations. Before joining Penna she worked as Country Head for DBM in Sweden, being a part of the Nordic Management Team. She joined Penna in 2004 as Country Manager, Nordics. Eva has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Linköping University (Sweden) including studies at the ExportAkademie in Reutlingen (Germany). She speaks fluent Swedish, English and German.
Åsa Bergman Målbäck | Seniorkonsult
Based in Stockholm, Åsa specializes in executive recruitment. She has 14 years experience in recruitment, both as an HR manager and a recruitment consultant at management level and has also worked on leadership development, developing assessment and education. Throughout her professional life, she has worked in many different types of industries and recruited to even more, both in government and private businesses. Lars Hansson | Senior Consultant
Based in Stockholm, Lars specialises in business, executive and leadership development. He has over 25 years' experience working within organisations with a strong sales and business focus. Over the years he has held various positions such as Managing Director, Sales Manager and Business Area Manager. Lars speaks fluent Swedish, has a good knowledge in English and the Scandinavian languages. Before joining Penna in 2011 Lars worked in his own consulting company, helping companies and employees develop their professional behaviour within the area of leadership and sales. His extensive business orientation together with his strong belief in human performance enables him to quickly understand different business environments and the challenges that companies and individuals face.
Ann-Catrine Heidmark | Senior Consultant / Finance Manager
Based in Stockholm, Ann-Catrine specialises in executive recruitment. She joined Penna in 2004 and has 6 years' experience in the international recruitment industry in various roles. With almost fifteen years of experience in Finance, she has also been working in HR for the past two years. Ann-Catrine has recently complemented her studies with Organisational Behaviour and Leadership. She is a Personal Trainer with a health profile and is expected to become a certified coach this year. Bengt Kallenberg | Senior Consultant
Based in Stockholm, Bengt specialises in leadership development, business/executive coaching and career coaching. Bengt has 17 years experience working as a manager and leader in the IT and manufacturing business. He has 3 years’ experience from executive, career and team coaching. He is certified at PCC level and has a valuable combination of business acumen together with a coaching mindset and approach. Bengt is business-minded, goal oriented and inspires clients to challenge themselves and use more of their potential. Before joining Penna, Bengt worked for his company, Kallenberg Coaching, and for Affärscoacherna AB as a senior consultant/professional coach. Bengt joined Penna in 2010. Shaun Ogden | Consultant
Based in Stockholm, Shaun specialises in research and delivery within Penna Executive Recruitment. He joined Penna in 2008. Prior to this he held various positions within leadership development, including training manager and cross-cultural consultant for Swedish-based international companies. Shaun has also worked as a recruitment consultant in Australia, with a strong focus on generational diversity management at the workplace. He has first hand experience of dealing with multinationals in the retail, engineering, electronics, TMT and public sectors. Shaun holds a Masters Degree in HR Management from the University of Sydney and has a graduate degree in Industrial Relations. He speaks fluent English and Swedish.
Johan Vestermark | Researcher
Based in Stockholm. Johan specializes in research and delivery within Penna Executive Recruitment. He joined Penna in 2011. Prior this he worked as a business controller within a large retail company, managed projects on the U.S market supporting trade between Sweden and the US, and had various roles within B2B/B2C sales. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Retail and Supply Chain Management and a Masters Degree in Business Management. He speaks fluent Swedish and English.
Besse Mattsson | Administration
Based in Stockholm, Besse joined Penna Human Capital Management in 2011 and is managing the administration and the economy, general office matters, coordinates marketing and PR activities. Throughout her professional life, she has worked with communications and marketing and have a vast experience in advertising, branding, launches and marketing campaigns within the media and film industry as well as catalogue production (i.e. IKEA). She has university degrees from the Institute for Higher Advertising and Communications and prior this other studies at universities (Lausanne, Stockholm and Uppsala). Through her job and mission, she mostly worked internationally and has lived for periods abroad in Europe, Besse is fluent in English and French.
