Sanders and Sidney O’Shea is a joint venture between Penna Plc and O’Shea Business Consultants Ltd, offering Career Transition support across the Republic of Ireland through offices in Dublin and Limerick. We also have a presence in Cork, Galway and Tralee.

O’Shea Business Consultants Ltd has been operating from its head office in Limerick since 1987 and has built up a large client base across all sectors of industry. Our joint venture, formed in 1999, created a market-leading partnership with the expertise and experience to provide specialist advice to help organisations plan and implement change.

PeopleMetrics

PeopleMetrics is a leading research firm specialising in Employee Engagement, Customer Engagement and Strategic Market Research. We work in partnership with them to conduct, analyse and interpret employee research programmes for our clients. Our joint offering includes;

• a proven methodology in instrument design and analysis, which includes a core set of engagement outcome and driver questions,
• superior technology including a proprietary online feedback system that can be used for online surveying, electronic focus groups and response-rate tracking,

Career Star Group
